Motion by Mayor Heitman that the Landfill Commission membership composition <br />will be made up of one representative from each of the exiting five city <br />commissions (Planning & Zoning, Economic Development, Airport, Parks and <br />Recreation and Charter), with each of the appointments to be selected by their <br />respective commission. <br /> <br />Motion failed for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to table this <br />case until the next regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Reimann. Voting No: Councilmember Schlueter. <br /> <br />Case #17: Street Sealcoatin~: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #86-115 accepting bids for 1986 street sealcoating improvements and <br />awarding the contract to Buffalo Bituminous, Inc, in the amount of $73,089.10. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #86-115). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~ AppNove Animal Control Contract: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Neitman to authorize the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to enter into an agreement, amended as follows, <br />between the City of Ramsey and Lake Animal Care, Inc. for animal control: <br /> <br />Add Item 5.A to the agreement as follows: 'That Lake Animal Care <br />shall not disclose to the general public the specific name or <br />address at which an animal is picked up.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #18.A: Bills And Licenses For Approval: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt <br />Resolution #86-116 approving payment of the bills for July, 1986 in the amount <br />of $346,990.69.
