residential property.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cox and Schlueter.
Voting No: Councilmember Sorteberg.

Mr. Springer inquired as to how much time he has to get the vehicles off his
property.

Mr. Goodrich replied that in theory, Mr. Springer should remove the vehicles
right away. Mr. Springer can't operate a snowplow business from his home but
he can have his plow truck parked on the property.

Request For Final Plat ADDrovaI; Case Of Mr. Art Raudio:

Mr. Raudio stated that his request has been before Planning and Zoning twice;
original proposal was to subdivide the 40 acre parcel (located north of HY-10
Plat) into 3 north/south lots; Planning and Zoning is recommending subdividing
the parcel in an east/west manner so as not to have 3 accesses onto Cry. Rd.
#83 and building a road to access the lots. Mr. Raudio stated that he only has
a buyer for the center lot and it would be cost prohibitive to build a road to
sell just the one lot.

Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve
Mr. Art Raudio's request for a simple subdivision of 40 acres located north of
HY-10 Plat into 3 north/south lots with a 120' easement being provided between
the two northern parcels for the future extension of Industrial Blvd.; a 60'
easement along Armstrong Blvd. to allow for a common access from the future
road; any further subdivision would then provide appropriate accesses and road
improvements; and parcel C to have access from MY-10 plat (147th Avenue).

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and
Schlueter. Voting No: None.

Council recessed at 9:25 p.m.

Mayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 9:45 p.m.

Request For Variance Form Street Frontage Requirements~ Case of
Mr. Lowell Vasseur:

Motion by Councilmember Cox to table this case until Mr. Vasseur can be present
to discuss the request with Council.

Motion failed for lack of a second.

Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Vasseur was notified of the meeting.

Mr. Raatikka stated Planning and Zoning is requesting that a 40' easement be
provided along the northern boundary of Mr. Vasseur's property for the future
extension of 155th Avenue NW and he has not if Mr. Vasseur is agreeable to that
requirement.

Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to table
August 26, 1986
