That the Applicant has presented a petition signed by 18 different <br />neighborhood residential units stating that they have no objection to the <br />proposed use. <br /> <br />29. That City Council has not had the opportunity to have City Staff <br />determine the exact residential location of all individuals signing the <br />petition. <br /> <br />30.
