Recommendations were developed for automated collec- <br />tion, single -stream recycling, and dramatic changes for bulky waste <br />collection. <br />Dodge County Scalehouse/Office and <br />Scale <br />Mantorville, Minnesota <br />Dodge County Environmental Services Department owns and operates <br />a transfer station south of Mantorville, Minnesota. The transfer station <br />facilities were in need of upgrades. Dodge County turned to Foth to <br />help with the conceptual design and layout for a new scalehouse/office, <br />new truck scale and access to the transfer station. Foth met with Dodge <br />County staff to obtain conceptual ideas for the new truck scale and <br />scalehouse/office and develop the list of must have's, needs and wants <br />for the facility along with developing an understanding of the bud- <br />get and local requirements for the project.
