Establish ranges based on 1988 agreement minimum as follows: Range assignments to positions shall continue on the same basis as under the prior agreement. Entry and 6 month rates are established at 80 % and 90 %0 of range minimum as under prior agreement addendum. Range maximum is computed @ Hinimum divided by .70 (Range minimum is 70% of range maxi. mum; The maximum is approx, one third (43%) above the range minimum. Tile proposed 1989 range amounts are-2.5% above the 1988 ranges computed as indicated above. Current personnel shall be paid relative Lo the above ranges as follows: Each employee shall receive a 2.5% increase effective with the start of the first full payroll period commencing after January 1, 1989. Each employee who has completed at least one year of service and is at or below midpoint on the appropriate range and who receives at least a satisfactory performance evaluation shall be eligible, {and considered) for an additional increase of not less than 3% payable at the start of the first full payroll period following the employee's anniversary date of employment.
