Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Pearson and Cich. <br />Voting No: Councilmember DeLuca. <br /> <br />Case #1 : Approve Comprehensive Park Dedication Agreement of Entire <br /> N0rthfork P.U.D.: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that a few language changes have been made and referred to <br />Paragraphs 16 and 17 of the agreement. <br /> <br />City Administrator Hartley stated that this has gone through great detail with the Park and <br />Recreation Commission and Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to accept the <br />amendment to the Park Dedication Agreement for the entire Northfork P.U.D. and direct the Mayor <br />and City Administrator to sign the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Adopt Ordinance Regulating the Building and Construction of <br /> R~$1dential Swimming Pools and Spas: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that he has made the change requested by City Council regarding <br />temporary fencing. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that he has talked to Building Official Glyn Huff and was told that people <br />will have to talk to the City regarding situation of pools in relation to the well and septic systems so <br />there are no problems. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson asked if existing pools will have to comply with the ordinance. <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca said that the ordinance states that all existing swimming pools or spas <br />shall be brought into compliance with the requirements of Section 3 of this ordinance where <br />reasonably feasible within six months of the effective date of this ordinance. Councilmember <br />DeLuca also stated to be sure and include this in the Ramsey Resident so that people are aware of <br />the ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt Ordinance #89- <br />9 which is an ordinance regulating the building and construction of residential swimming pools and <br />spas. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Cich, Peterson and <br />Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Appoint Representative to the Metropolitan Council Regional <br /> Reliever Airport Study Advisory Group: <br /> <br />City Administrator Hartley stated that Jack Ippel has attended meetings on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Ippel reviewed with the Council the tasks of the proposed advisory group in studying the role <br />of reliever airports in the Metropolitan Area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to appoint Jack Ippel as <br />primary representative and Councilmember A1 Pearson as alternate representative for the City of <br />Ramsey on the Metropolitan Council Regional Reliever Airport Study Advisory Group. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
