Royal Oaks Realty submitted an application in the Spring of 2001 to rezone the development <br />property to Planned Unit Development (PUD). At the June 26, 2001 City Council meeting, the <br />applicant withdrew the rezoning application. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff and the Planning Commission recommend approval of the request for rezoning of the <br />property from B-1 Business and R-1 Single Family Residential to R-1 Single Family Residential, <br />R-3U Multiple Residential, and MR Multiple Residential. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt the Findings of Fact relating to a request to <br />rezone the proposed.plat of The Ponds from B-1 Business and R-1 Single Family Residential to <br />R-1 Single Family Residential, R-3U Residential, and Multiple Residential. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council approve the request to rezone the proposed plat of <br />The Ponds from B-1 Business and R~I Single Family Residential to R-1 Single Family <br />Residential, R-3U Residential, and Multiple Residential. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council deny the request for rezoning from B-1 Business and <br />R-1 Single Family to R-1 Single Family Residential, R-3U Multiple Residential, and MR <br />Multiple Residential., based on the findings of facts. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br />Community Development Assistant <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />PC: 01/03/02 <br /> <br /> <br />
