adjacent to the BNSF railroad tracks. The subject property could be affected by the future <br />conversion of State Highway #10 to a freeway. Staff is unable to determine how the subject <br />property will be affected at this time due to the uncertainty of the exact alignment of the freeway <br />and the timeline for the State Highway #10 project. <br /> <br />Staff does not feel that the condition of the customer/employee parking area and other traveled <br />portions of the site are in compliance with City Code.
