It is expected that the developer will be required to extend the trail from the south in Evergreen <br />Point to the south plat boundary of Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd Addition on T.H. #47. In accordance <br />with City Code a five-foot sidewalk must be provided along one side of Helium Street. <br /> <br />It should be noted that the City is also reviewing development proposals for the remainder of <br />Wildlife Sanctuary to the northwest, Sunflower Ridge to the south and Evergreen Point to the <br />southeast.
