Tkis fee <br />must be paid for the new lots created prior to release of the fmai plat for recording. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee at a rate <br />of $375.00 per unit. Tnis fee must be paid for the new lots created pr/or to release of the final <br />for recording. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Corrmxission will be meeting at 7:00pm on Thursday, June 6, 2002 at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station #2 located at 15050 .armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for <br />sketch plan approval.
