Mr. Raatikka replied that Grosslein is being assessed in another project; the City's policy <br />states that properties will only be included in and assessed for one public improvement <br />project area. In addition, Grosslein has already been assessed for storm sewer <br />~mprovements. <br /> <br />Kerry O'Rourke - Stated that Grosslein's should pay their fair share for Rivlyn; people on <br />Rivlyn were assessed to pay for the repairs necessary to Tungsten as a result of Grosslein's <br />track traffic. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka reiterated that City policy states that properties are assessed once for street <br />improvements; Grosslein is being assessed for improvements to Front Street. Mr. <br />Raatikka stated that he would provide Mr. O'Rourke with a copy of that policy. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson.
