Case #5: Request For Final Plat Approval For Nature View Addition: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart reported that the plat located west of Nowthen Blvd. north of Highpoint <br />Addition and consists of 19 lots. The Planning and Zoning Commission and Park and <br />Recreation Commission have reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval. <br />Mr. Banwart noted that the conditional use permit for grading and mining in Oakwood <br />Hills has been reassigned to Jon Rambosek and the materials from Oakwood will be <br />transferred to Nature View. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-09-264 granting final plat approval to Nature View Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Evergreen Estates <br /> Addition; Case of Mr. Louis Wilhelmi: <br /> <br />Council tabled this case at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Case /ti: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Becket Rolling Pines <br /> Addition; Case of Daniel Becker: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart reported that Becker Rolling Pines is located south of Pine Cove and is a <br />minor subdivision to create two lots from a 19 acre parcel. Both parcels will access onto <br />Variolite Street and an easement is being provided for the future extension of Sapphire <br />Street into the Pine Cove addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-09-265 granting final plat approval to Becker Rolling Pines Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Request For Conditional Use Permit To Expand Ramsey Auto <br /> Sales; Case Of Robert And Louis Wojcik: <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik recalled that at a previous meeting, the City Council did review the request for <br />a conditional use permit to expand Ramsey Auto Sales and requested that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission provide input to the proposed terms of the conditional use permit. <br />The proposed conditional use permit is included in the agenda packet. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the proposed conditional use permit provides sufficient controls <br />with respect to the Council and the Planning Commission's concerns with approving an <br />expansion of Ramsey Auto Sales; if there are any problems in the future, it would be from <br />an enforcement aspect. Mr. Goodrich stated that in considering the request, Council <br />should not presume there will be future violations of the CUP because of the applicant's <br />past history. Mr. Goodrich noted that Item #10 of the proposed conditional use permit <br />requires financial security from the applicant and the conditional use permit will not be <br />enacted without it.
