Case #12: <br /> <br />Receive Bids For Trunk Storm Sewer Extension; Sunfish Lake <br />Blvd. N.W.; Improvement Project #88-27: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the City received 3 bids for Project #88-27 and that City Staff is <br />recommending awarding the bid to EJM Pipe Services. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-10-272 accepting bids for Improvement Project #88-27 and awarding a <br />contract to EJM Pipe Services for such improvements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: <br /> <br />Receive Bids For Storm Sewer Construction; Whispering Pines <br />Estates; Improvement Project #89-19: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the City received 7 bids for Project #89-19 and City Staff is <br />recommending awarding the bid to Forest Lake Contracting based on their alternate bid <br />which included utilization of plastic pipe. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-10-273 accepting bids for Improvement Project #89-19 and awarding a <br />contract to Forest Lake Contracting, based on their alternate bid, for such improvements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: Use Of The Ramsey Municipal Center: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley reported that based on Council's direction, City Staff has prepared resolutions <br />establishing policies for use of Ramsey Municipal Center and the Park Center Building that <br />will waive usage fees for organizations predominantly consisting of school age children. <br /> <br />Council consensus was that use of the public facilities will not be restricted to Ramsey <br />organizations but Ramsey based groups will have top priority and that Staff should <br />establish 'rules and conditions of use' that will be posted at the facilities in addition to <br />individual forms listing same that will be signed by the user. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-10-274 establishing policies and procedures for use of Ramsey Municipal <br />Center. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-10-275 establishing policies and procedures for use of the Park Center <br />Building. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
