Absent: <br />Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Request for Metes and Bounds SubdivisiOn; Case.of Diane Omdah] <br /> <br />Ms. Omdahl stated that she was representing Mr. Merlsnd Hunt who is requesting <br />a metes and bounds subdivision of the forty acres located on the northeast <br />corner of County Road 5 and 167th Avenue N.W. Mr. Hunt is proposing to split <br />this parcel into one ten acre parcel and one thirty acre parcel. Mr. I~.unt is <br />requesting this subdivision in order to obtain financing for the sale of the <br />property · <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell to recommend <br />approval of Mr. Hunt's request for a metes and bounds subdivision provided that <br />no other residential structures are constructed on the forty acres without <br />further subdivision of the property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Access for the second lot would be from <br />Hedgehog Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />recommend that Ms. Schindeldecker proceed with a convenience plat of this <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
