Absent: Commissioners Shumway <br />and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Request For Sketch Plan Approval; Case Of Mr. Art Raudio.; <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio was present and noted that the sketch plan designates a 33' road <br />easement; that easement will be increased to 60'. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell to recommend <br />approval of Mr. Art Raudio's request for a simple subdivision contingent upon <br />Mr. Raudio entering into a development agreement restricting future development <br />of the property until such time as streets are constructed to the City's <br />specifications. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, LaDue and Howell. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway <br />and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Mr. Scott Weicht of Adolfson & Peterson, Inc. was present to review the <br />proposed screening around the supply yard and warehouse area. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />recommend approval of the proposed screening of the supply yard and warehouse <br />area documented in the Adolfson & Peterson, Inc. proposal dated August 5, 1986. <br />Further, to include that screening proposal as Exhibit A in the subdivision <br />approval. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: The Commission also directed Mr. Raudio to meet with <br />Public Works Superintendent Mevissen regarding constructing an apron on the <br />edge of 147th Avenue to prevent breakup of the blacktop that is already in <br />place. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
