Public hearing and regular City Council meeting minutes dated January <br /> 14, 1986. <br /> <br />COM~TSSION..BUSINESS <br /> <br />For Rezonina~ Pre,part?_ From R-1 <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted that Mr. Kl~mish requested rezoning of this property <br />4 years ago and was denied. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend approval of rezoning the south 150' only of Mr. Robert Muller's <br />parcel located directly north of the shopping center on the north side of 167th <br />Avenue from R-1 to B-1. ~his action is based on the current use and lease of <br />the property and the need for additional parking area. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Discussion ensued as to whether or not partial rezoning <br />will in effect create a subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Sh~nway, LaDue, <br />Deemer, Zimmerman, Hendriksen and Howell. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ReGuest For Conditional Use_l%~rmit To__Or~rate An Ac~.ountina <br /> Off~ce. FroWn Her HOme: Case Of <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adopt <br />the findings of fact relating to Ms. Connie Skarbakka's request for a <br />conditional use permit to operate an accounting business from her home. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shuuway, Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen, Howell and LaDue. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recommend approval of Ms. Connie Skarbakka's request for a conditional use <br />permit to operate an accounting business from her home at 17811 Gibbon Street <br />N.W. contingent upon Ms. Skarbakka entering into a develolluent agreement with <br />the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, Deemer, <br />LaDue, Zin~uerman, Hendriksen and Howell.
