Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: Report on Waco Street N.W. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto recalled that on July 10, 1990, the Ramsey City Council was informed that Bums <br />Township was paving Waco Street N.W. and they were concerned about constant washout from <br />Ramsey' portion of Waco Street N.W. unto their improved portion. At that time, City Staff was <br />directed to authorize Bums Township to obtain an alternate bid for their paving project to include <br />the northerly 250' of Waco Street N.W. in Ramsey. The alternate bid has been received and the <br />cost to pave the northern 250' of Waco Street N.W. in Ramsey is $3,905.00. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />#90-08-266 authorizing Burns Township to pave the north 250' of Waco Street N.W. with <br />Ramsey agreeing to pay for the cost of the construction. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
