The residents of the northwest corner of <br />Ramsey are part of Elk River School District #728, and the remaining area of Ramsey is <br />served by Anoka Hennepin School District #11. The students of the nodhwest corner of the <br />City attend the following Elk River Schools: Handke Elementary, grades K-6, with an <br />enrollment of 643, Parker Elementary, grades K-6, with an enrollment of 671 and Lincoln <br />Elementary, grades K-6, with an enrollment of 369.
