SEP-0S-1990 15:0~ FROM CITY OF ANDOVER 4273401 P.03 <br /> <br />The City Council has adopted the following refund policy: <br /> <br />"Fees for tournaments shall be paid within one week of the tournament after <br /> approval by the ?ark and Recreation Commission. If the tournament 'is <br /> cancelled up to six weeks prior to the date of the tournament, one-half of <br /> the park usage fee and non-intoxicating liquor license fee will be <br /> returned. If the tournament is cancelled within six weeks of the <br /> tournament, neither the park usage fee nor the non-intoxicating liquor <br /> license fee wili--~ returned. In the event that another sponsor requests <br /> the use of the facilities after a tournament has been. cancelled, the new <br /> sponsor mu~t pay the full amount and the original sponsor will be refunded <br /> the total minus any administrative costs incurred by the City." <br /> <br />If further information i~ needed, please contact the Assistant City Engineer at <br />755-5100.
