Priority will be given to Ramsey Residents as in Section I.A. on a first come - first <br />serve basis from the first working day in January each year through April 1. <br />Permits for the remaining available dates will be awarded after April 1, on a first <br />come - first serve basis to either Residents or Non-Residents. <br /> <br />Requests for a permit may be phoned in, made in person, or by mail and will not be <br />valid until the fee is paid and approval granted by the City of Ramsey Park <br />Department. <br /> <br />There will be no tentative reservations and same day reservations will not be <br />granted. <br /> <br />A. Indoor Facilities are defined as a building or open shelters. <br />B. Outdoor Facilities are defined as a field or court or any City property. <br />Specifically, a place where a recreational activity such as softball, football, <br />basketball, tennis, volleyball, etc., are played. <br /> <br />4. CITY OF RAMSEY PARK USAGE FEE <br /> <br />An "exclusive use" fee shall be charged as follows for Indoor Permits. <br /> <br /> BUILDINGS PARK RESIDENTS NON-RESIDENTS <br />1. Park Center Central $5.00 $40.00 <br />2. Warming House Central $5.00 $30.00 <br />3. Concession Stand Central $5.00 $30.00 <br />4. Other (specify) <br /> <br />Organized groups serving the youth of Ramsey (community school, public service groups, <br />recreation groups) shall have the building use fee waived. <br /> <br />If requested and available, an 0Otdoor permit can be attached for the use of one field or <br />court at no fee for daylight hours only.
