In any <br />case, the City will contribute no less than the 2014 amounts listed above. <br />Court Time: <br />An Employee who is required to appear in court within twelve (12) hours of the end of a <br />scheduled shift and within twelve (12) hours of the start of a scheduled shift shall receive <br />a minimum of three (3) hours pay at two (2) times the Employees base pay rate.. <br />Compensatory Time Off: <br />The normal work year for full-time Employees shall consist of the number of Monday <br />through Friday days in each calendar year multiplied by eight (8) hours. These hours are <br />to be accounted for by each Employee through: <br />a) Scheduled hours of work; <br />b) Scheduled depaitinent meetings; <br />c) Holidays; <br />
