If so, it is <br />conceivable that th,~ City could owe a su'txqivider large mounts that were not budgeted for. <br /> <br />'Council consensus was that subdividers would be required to make basic park <br />improvements with no credit given unless the sult,divider constructed a segment of the multi- <br />use trail system. Subdividers would not be required to construct a~;y portion of the <br />Mississippi Trail Corridor as it is intended to be County owned and operated. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that the draft park dedication proposes that park dedication for <br />resubdivision of lots within the MUSA would be $500/dwelling unit rather than 10% of the <br />fair market v',.flue of the new lot being created. <br /> <br />Council a~eed with requiring $500/dwelling unit for resubdivision of lots in the MUSA <br />area. <br /> <br />Case #3: Fire Department Remodeling: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley briefly reviewed plans for remodeling the Fire Department. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89o06-131 receiving bids and awarding contract for Fire Department <br />remodeling. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Review Horse Ordinance: <br /> <br />Mr. Hendriksen from the Planning and Zoning Commission was present to review the <br />most recent version of the proposed horse ordinance based on past discussions with City <br />Council. Some discussion ensued regarding whether or not the role of the Horseman's <br />Committee should be advisor3, or enforcement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember P~terson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to direct <br />City Attorne,, Goodrich to rework the Horseman's Committee section and present the <br />ordinance to kity Council for introdu:.tion. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
