No parks or trails are expected <br />to be developed on this parcel. The new park dedication ordinance <br />was adopted August 22, 1989 by the City Council. Based on the <br />proposed density, park dedication would be met in fee by paying the <br />greater of 7% of the value of the undeveloped land or a minimum of <br />$350 per unit. <br /> <br />The City Assessor indicates that the average value of land in this <br />area is approximately $1,200-$1,400/acre.
