A wide swath of Becker very fine sandy <br />loam (Ba) cuts across the entire parcel through the <br />residential area. Ba is rated as Class IV soil. Several <br />lots, particularly on the west side, may not have adequate <br />Class I soils. The applicant will have to ascertain that <br />adequate Class I soils are available for each lot prior to <br />approval of the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />A 200' wide corridor is shown for the proposed Mississippi <br />River bridge crossing.
