Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman
Page 2
September 28, 1989

In review of the Anoka County Soils Survey, the soils on the
plat consist of Zimmerman sand, Nymore sand, Anoka sand, Dalbo
silt loam, Dickman sandy loam, Brickton silt loam, Isan sandy
loam, Marsh and Alluvial land which frequently floods. The
first five soils listed are Class I soils suitable for on-
site wastewater disposal systems. However, several of the
lots which include the wetland may be deficient in Class I
soils. All lots must contain at least 27,225 square feet of
contiguous Class I soils. The-DNR will have to be consulted
as to the allowable limits of filling on the lots containing
the wetland.

The plat should be reviewed by the Park Commission for a
recommendation on park dedication.

If you have any questions in regard to the sketch plan, please let
us know.

Sincerely,

HAKANSONANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC.

Peter R.
