Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Review Action Plan Resulting From Council's Strategic Planning <br />Workshop: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley presented a draft action plan resulting from the December 17, 1988 strategic <br />planning workshop with Council and Staff. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cich to table discussion of the draft <br />action plan resulting from the December 17, 1988 workshop, until the next regular City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />Molion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Peterson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: Consider Request For Return Of Investigation Fee To Mr. Bradley <br /> Kern For An Off-Sale Liquor License Investigation: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to grant the request of <br />Mr. Bradley Kern for a refund of $250 for a liquor license investigation. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Peterson, Pearson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: Redistricting Of Precincts/Polling Places: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that per Council direction, population numbers in voting precincts have <br />been researched and City Staff is recommending dividing Precincts I and 3 into lA, lB, 3A and <br />3B. Mr. Banwart reported that there is also a need to acquire additional voting booths, <br />votomatic machines and demo machines; the City of Mound some equipment available. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmemuer DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson directing City Staff <br />to inflate proceedings to divide Precinct #3 into #3A and #3B, using the existing Elk River <br />School District/Anoka-Hennepin School District boundary, and divide Precinct #1 into #lA and <br />#lB using Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. as the dividing line. Further, that Precinct #3A would use <br />the new Central Park Park Center as a polling place and Precinct 3B would use the St. Anthony <br />Gun Club; Precinct #lA would use the Senior Citizen area in the lower level of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center as a polling place and #lB would use Ramsey Elementary School. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
