Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Approve change order no. 4 to Cottonwood Construction for Project #88-16 (Central <br />Park Warming House) <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Adopt resolution approving pay estimate no. 5 to Cottonwood Construction for Project <br />#88-16. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the change order reduction amount noted in the agenda should be changed <br />from $761 to $1211; final cost of the project is $111,540.00 rather than $111,990.00. <br />Accordingly, pay estimate no. 5 (final) will change from $9,606.84 to $9,156.84. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve change order <br />no. 4 and adopt Resolution #89-01-14 approving pay estimate no. 5 (final) to Cottonwood <br />Construction, Inc. for Project #88-16 (Central Park Warming House). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Peterson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3. Approve license applications <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Reimann and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve all license <br />applications contained in the agenda. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Counciimember Peterson requested that application #89-084 be <br />researched to verify it is not a business operating in a residential district. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Peterson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSIN~ <br /> <br />Case #12: Purchase Of Polyphosphate Equipment For Municipal Water System: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the City has received numerous complaints on the quality of the City's <br />municipal water. Mr. Raatikka recommended the addition of a polyphosphate equipment system <br />to the municipal water system. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />#89-01-15 approving the purchase of polyphosphate equipment from Feed-Rite Controls, Inc. <br />at a cost of $1740. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Pearson, DeLuca and <br /> <br />City CounCil/January 24, 1989 <br /> <br /> <br />
