Council mnended proposed finding of fact Item #i 3(1 ) to note that the tree:-; were bulldozed into piles at the request of F&R Enterprises. Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by. Councilmember Peterson to adopt Findings of Faci #0255 relating to the application of F&R Enterprises for an Op,~n Burning Permi~ in thc- CiLv of Ramsey, amended as follows: Item #1 Indicate that the application received bv the City on June 27, 1989 will ~ an attachment to the findings. Item # 13 Note that the trees were bulldozed into piles at the request of F&R Enterprises. Add Item Indicate that the Applicant has stated that all burning would be conducted in accordance with Minnesota State Rule 7005.0750, subd. 2. Add Item Indicate that the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the burn, is to eliminate a potential fire hazard and dispose of trees, brush and vegetative matter in the development of land. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and Peterson. Voting No: None. Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded bv Councilmember Pearson that on the basis of the foregoing Findings of Fact, the Council concludes that an Open Burning Permit should not be issued to F&R at the property legally described as follows: City Council/July 11, 1989 Page 6 of 12
