Proposed enlargement, alteration or extension of <br />premises previously licensed shall be reported to <br />the City Administrator at or before the time the <br />application is made for a building p~rmit for any <br />such ct3ange and the licensee shall also give such <br />information as is required by Section 130.054, <br /> <br />EXISTING LICENSES <br />Any "on sr. le' licensee within the corporate <br />boundaries of the City of Ramsay, holding a valid <br />"on sale" liquor license on the effective date of <br />this code, which license was granted by an <br />appropriate political subdivision of the Slate of <br />Minnesota, shall be consideled for the purposes <br />of 1his chapter to have a valid existing license <br />and said licensee need no,, apply for a new license <br />as provided in Sections 130.053-130.055 herein. <br />All other provisions of this chapter shall be <br />applicable to said existing licensee. <br /> <br />PENALTY <br />Any person violating any provision of this <br />ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more <br />than $750.00 or imprisonment for not more than <br />ninety (90) days or both. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
