Councilmember introduced the following resolution <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~$9-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING iMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLAZS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 89-3 CENTRAL PARK - <br />IRRIGATION & TURF ESTABLISF~ENT) <br /> <br /> hU6EREAS, the City has ~ '~ ' ~ <br /> ~nl~a~e~ improvements at Central Park <br />with grading for ballfields, park st~uctures, and skating areas, <br />and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Parks Commission has recommended that the <br />graded areas be established with pe~-manent turf cover and that <br />irrigation be provided to the soccer and baseball fields and park <br />center. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAM~SEY, ANOZA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br /> <br /> 2) That Mr. Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc. is hereby designated as the project manager for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of February, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
