SUBMITTAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR WINDEMERE WOODS ADDITION, CEDAR HILLS ADDITION AND CHESTNUT HILLS ADDITION TO MINNESOTA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD By: Mark S. Banwart, Community Development Director Background: On November ] 6, 1988, staff recommended to City Council that an r_.nv~ronmenm~ Assessment Worksheet (EAW) be o,a..ed for Cedm- Hills Addition, Windemere Woods Ad~tion and Cnes:nm Hills Addition, whenever the City receives the sketch plan for Chestnut Hills Ad~fion. On JmnumD' 3. 1989, the Planning and Zoning Commission passed a motion to recommend to Ciw Council to order an EAW for the three developments. The CiD' is the responsible government unit and is required to complete prep~ation of the EAW within 25 working days The developers drafted the EAW for re'dew. The City should review, approve and issue the EAW for EQB approval.
