CASE # 13 <br /> <br />REPORT FROM PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee met on April 4, 1989 to review the status of three vacancies: Public <br />Works Maintenance Worker, Accounting Technician, and Personnel Coordinator. Job <br />descriptions and postings were reviewed and approved for the Public Works Maintenance <br />Worker and Accounting Technician. The Personnel Committee will interview applicants selected <br />by the Public Works Superintendent and Finance Officer in the near future. The Committee also <br />approved the job description for Personnel Coordinator and authorized the Finance Officer to <br />advertise for a full-time Personnel Coordinator. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council action will be to receive the report. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />X <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Personnel Committee <br /> <br />X <br /> <br /> <br />
