councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~89-04- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 88-27 TRUNK STORM SEWER, SUNFISH LAKE BLVD. AND T.H. NO. 10) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the 13th day of September, 1988, authorized the City Engineer to prepare a report for Improvement Project ~88-27. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study for storm sewer improvements at the intersection of Sunfish Lake Blvd. and T.H. No. 10, and WHEREAS, the above described project is located in Mn/DOT right-of-way and has been approved for Cooperative Agreement funds, and WHEREAS, the City policy states that the City's share of trunk drainage improvement projects are to be paid for through the storm sewer taxing districts of the City of Ramsey. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted the 13th day of September, 1988. 2) That Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the llth day of April, 1989.
