Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-4- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING <br />~INTENANCE SERVICES, SERVICE PROJECT 89-1 <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR PARKS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids April 14 and <br />April 21, 1989 for Parks Maintenance Services (Service Project 89- <br />1) bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and <br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that <br />lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />of is the <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to award a contract to ~the <br />name of the City of Ramsey for Parks ~[aintenance Se~ices, Se~Tice <br />Project 89-1, according to the plans and specifications therefore <br />approved by the Ramsey city Council and on file in the office of <br />the city Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deoosits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />two next lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has been <br />signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Counci!mer~er and upon vote be~_nY~ taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the = ~ <br /> ~o_lowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the _ <br /> =o _o~.~.~ abstained: <br /> <br />whereumon said .... ~e=c~ut~c~.. was declared duly. .passed and~ aSc~_g~.= by. <br /> Ramsay City Council ~= th= 25th day cf =.~__., . <br /> <br /> <br />
