Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />OFFICIAL <br /> <br />introduces the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-08-__ <br />DESIGNATING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR AS ZONING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, from time to time the City receives official correspondences for <br />reply (e.g. State Dealer License application, etc.) which specifies reply by the Zoning Official. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that: <br /> <br /> 1 ) The Community Development Director is designated as the Zoning Official <br />for the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and lhe following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of August, 1989. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
