10. Completion Date and Phases. The operation shall consist <br />of one phase to be completed by July 31, 1992. <br /> <br /> 11. Restoration Plan. The CITY has on file the PERMITTEE's <br />rehabilitation and restoration plan which is incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 12. ~aul Road. Trunk Highway 47 shall be the designated haul <br />road within the CITY and provisions of Section 170.07.1M(10) shall <br />be complied with relating to Haul Roads. <br /> <br /> 13. ~iqhway 47 Setback. A thirty foot (30') set back from <br />the Highway 47 right-of-way shall be maintained at all times. <br /> <br /> 13. Final Slopes. All final slopes shall be less than four <br />feet horizontal to one foot vertical (4:1). <br /> <br /> 14. Hours of Operation. The hours of the grading and <br />excavating operation shall be limited to Monday through Friday/ <br />6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> 15. Scope of Operation. The PERMITTEE shall not grade and <br />excavate more than 10 acres at any one time and the remainder of <br />the Site shall be completely restored before commencing any new <br />operations on the Site. PERY~ITTEE shall notify CITY Staff of any <br />new operations commenced on the Site. <br /> <br /> 16. Performance Bond. A performance bond in the amount of <br />$5,000.00 to cover any turf establishment and costs incurred in the <br />restoration plan shall be filed with the CITY. <br /> <br /> 17. Insurance. Liability insurance as required by Section <br />170.017M(7) of Ordinance 87-9 shall be in force at all times during <br />operations on the Site. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
