18. Material on Miqhwa¥ 47. No build-up of fill material <br />shall be allowed by the PERMITTEE on Highway 47. <br /> <br /> 19. City Expense. All costs incurred by the CITY in <br />executing and administering this Agreement shall be borne by the <br /> <br /> 20. City Inspection and Review. The CITY reserves the right <br />to inspect the Site at any reasonable time to ensure compliance <br />with the terms and conditions of this Permit. <br /> <br /> 21. Permit Revocation. Any violations of the conditions <br />described herein or any violation of any other CITY ordinances may <br />be cause for immediate revocation of this grading and excavating <br />permit. <br /> <br /> 22. Compliance with ordinance 87-9.
