Ali compensation schedules for City employees shall adhere to state and Federal laws and <br /> shall not discriminate upon the basis of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, <br /> handicap, disability, age, marital status, veteran status, political affiliation or status <br /> with regard to public assistance. <br /> <br />2. All fringe benefit schedules shall be equal for members of both sexes and shall not <br /> discriminale a~ainst any employee. <br /> <br />G Termination - Disciplinary Procedures <br /> <br />1. All disciplinary procedures within the City organization shall be applied equally and shall <br /> not discriminate against any employee. <br /> <br /> 2. Equivalent grievance procedures shall exist for all employees. <br /> <br />H. Training <br /> <br />1. If a training programs is job related and would result in better work performance, it will <br /> be entended to all employees. No employee shall be restricted from attending such <br /> programs or courses because of race, color, sex, creed, marital status, religion, national <br /> origin, age, physical disability, adhei'ence to any political or union affiliation, or status <br /> with regard to public assistance. ~ .,. <br /> <br />2. Training for supervisory staff shall acquaint them With the provisions, goals, and intent <br /> of the City's affirmative action program.
