Employees' Rights to File Complaints of Alleged Discrimination <br /> <br />Employees who believe the City has violated its obligations under government regulations <br />may file complaints either with the City, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights or <br />the Department of Labor. <br /> <br />Employees may bring their concerns to the attention of their immediate supervisor or <br />they may also wish to address the matter with another individual in their departmenl <br />and/or directly contact the Personnel Coordinator. <br /> <br />Employees may file written complaints with the Department of Labor. Information on <br />filing comptaints with the government is posted in the Personnel Coordinator's office. <br />Complaii'~ts alleging a violation of the Rehabilitation Ac1 of 1973 are referred back to the <br />City.
