The developer will have to construct 159th Avenue lying <br />west of the plat to Dolomite Street N.W. Street grading plan <br />and profiles of this segment should also be shown. <br /> <br />In review of the drainage, County Ditch No. 66 and 3 flows <br />through the plat. Drainage easements should be provided on <br />both sides of the ditch and over all ponding areas. The <br />floodway fringe district covers the low areas adjacent to the <br />ditch.
