S EVERAB ILI TY <br /> <br /> Paragraphs, sentences, clauses and <br />phrases of Sections through <br />inclusive are severable, and if any <br />phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or <br />section of this Section shall be declared <br />invalid, unenforceable, or <br />unconstitutional by the valid judgment or <br />decree of a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such invalidity, <br />unenforceability or unconstitutionality <br />shall not effect any of the remaining <br />phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, <br />or sections. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
