CASE <br /> <br /> ADOPT THE CITY OF RAMSEY'S PURCHASING ORDINANCE <br /> By: Sandra G. Ashley, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the regular Council meeting of October 10, 1989, a draft of an amended purchasing ordinance <br />was presented for review. Staff was instructed to prepare this ordinance for introduction. At <br />the regular Council meeting of November 14, 1989 this ordinance was introduced. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of this ordinance. Adoption at this time will meet the time-line for <br />an effective date of January 1, 1990. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance #89-__ to amend the City's purchasing policy. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator , X <br />City Attorney .
