Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1990 BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #89-12-331 authorizes the City Administrator to approve <br />expenditures for any item or combination of items not included in the budget in an amount not to <br />exceed Five Hundred dollars ($500.00) when time is of the essence; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, under this provision the City Administrator has approved Eighty-five <br />dollars ($85.00) for training expenditures for the Park and Recreation Sub-function; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 1990 budget for Sub-function Parks and Recreation (#4520), line item: <br />Refunds and Reimbursement (#43195) should be decreased in the amount of Thirty Dollars <br />($30.00) and Sub-function Public Works (#3311), line item: Training and Schools (#43195) <br />should be decreased in the amount of Fifty-five dollars ($55.00) to provide the funding to increase <br />Parks and Recreation line item: Training and Schools in the amount of Eighty-five dollars <br />($85.00), <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Finance officer of the City of Ramsey is instructed to enter 1990 Budget <br />Amendment #I to the City of Ramsey's Financial Systems to cause the budget amendment. <br />detailed in this resolution to be reflected in the City's financial records. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th da3' of February. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
