Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-01- <br /> <br />RE$OLUTI()N GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TROTT BROOK <br />RIDGE ADDITION <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, Dean D. Helgeson, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter, Section 9, Township .>_, Range 25, and Lot 8, Block <br />6, GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES, Anoka Count)', Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on September 12, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application <br />and sketch plan from Dean D. Helgeson for Trott Brook Ridge Addition; and <br /> <br /> WllEREAS, ~he Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989, <br />and recommended the Developer proceed to the preliminaB, plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989, <br />and recommended that land be used to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on November 6, 1989, <br />and conducted a public hearing on Trott Brook Ridge Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on December 4, 1989, <br />and recommended preliminary plat for Trott Brook Ridge Addition contingent upon meeting the <br />items listed in the City Engineer's review dated November I, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 19, 1989 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Trott Brook Ridge Addition contingent upon meeting the items listed in the <br />City Engineer's Review dated November 1, 1989. <br /> <br />NOYV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council grant final plat approval for Trott Brook Ridge Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution ,:,,as declared dui3, passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd da,,' of Janua.'?, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
