CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - TROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered intc by and between the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of ~iinnesota (the <br />"CITY"), and DEAN D. HELGESON and MARY HELGESON, husband and wife, <br />whose address is 11460 Tilton Trail, Rogers, Minnesota ("the <br />DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEE OWNERS of the Subject Property are Dean D. <br />Helgeson and Mary Helgeson, husband and wife; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER desires to plat the following described <br />property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> West Half of the Southwest Quarter, Section 9, Township <br /> 32, Range 25, and Lot 8, Block 6, GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990, pursuant to Resolution 90- - <br />, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which <br />pla~ is known as TROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION (the "Plat") contingent <br />on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into <br />this contract; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the <br />Ci~v Code escrow requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPER; ~ <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, Ci~' Code Section i70.039Bae~nes~ =~ "S~age ~"_ <br />Improvements and "State ~" ~~=~=~= !~.. is used <br /> <br /> <br />
