Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #90-01. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ROLLING OVER TItE 1990 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BL()CK GRANT (CI)BG) FUNDS T() TItE YEAR 1991 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is entitled to Community Development Block Oran: <br />(CDBG) funds; and <br /> <br /> 'WHEREAS, the County has deemed that handicap accessibility to public buildings an <br />acceptable project usc of CDBG funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsev is anticipating the expansion of it's City Hall within the <br />1990 through 1992 funding cycle of CDI}G funds; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the City of Ramsey is anticipating the need for an elevator to facilitate <br />handicap accessibility at the Ramsev City Hall; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County has indicated the option to roll-over 1990 Community <br />Development Block Grant funds to the .,,,ear 1991. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TItE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That 1990 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds allocated to the City of <br /> Ramsey be rolled over to the year 1991. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd dab' of January, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
