SECTION 170.038C STREETS shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1. All right-of-way widths shall conform w the following minimum dimensions: <br /> <br />(~lassifica~ion <br /> <br />Right-of-Way <br /> <br />Major Arterial 120 feet <br />Minor Arterial 80 feet <br />Collector (MSA) 80 feet <br />Collector 66 feet <br />Minor Rural 66 feet <br />Minor Urban 60 feet <br />Cul-de-sac Urban 60 feet radius <br />Cul-de-sac Rural 65 feet radius <br />Service 60 feet <br /> <br />Different widths ma), be required, depending upon anticipated traffic volume, <br />planned function of street, and character of abutting land use. <br /> <br />The classification of street and determined right-of-way width shall be determined <br />by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
