Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME <br />FRAME FOR JUNIPER WOODS ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-08-232 granting final plat <br />approval to Juniper Woods Addition on August 24, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to file the <br />plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the <br />plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #90-01- <br />16: Resolution Granting an Extension to the Recording Time Frame for Juniper Woods Addition <br />to March 31, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has been delayed on the acquisition of land for the sanitary <br />sewer/water trunk line extensions to Juniper Woods Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time frame for Juniper <br />Woods Addition to May 31, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of April, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
