In <br />review of the final plat and revised plans, the following items <br />were not corrected or provided. <br /> <br />1. An address map was not provided. <br /> <br />2. An erosion control plan was not provided. <br /> <br />The grading plan does not show all the final lot grades and <br />building elevations. <br /> <br />4. In review of the street plans and specifications, the <br /> following changes should be made: <br /> <br />Elevations of the proposed streets along with a plan view <br />must be shown. <br /> <br />b. The typical section should show a detail of the curb. <br /> <br />The radius of the curve at Ute Street and 154th Avenue <br />should be increased to 100 feet. <br /> <br />Details of the curb removal and valley gutters at the <br />points where the proposed streets meet Roanoke Street and <br />153rd Avenue must be provided. <br /> <br />Specifications must be revised to provide for tolerances <br />on the bituminous curb alignment. <br /> <br />f.
