Councilmcmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #90-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE Ob{E YEAR PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL <br />FOR GAYLE ROGERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Gayle Rogers began employment at the City of Ramsey on April 26, 1989, <br />as Accounting Technician, in salary grade 2, with a current annual salary of $17,790; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as stated in the AFSCME contract, of which Ms. Rogers is a member, each <br />employee who successfully completes probation and receives a satisfactory performance evaluation <br />shall be placed at not less than the applicable range minimum at the completion of 2,080 hours, <br />exclusive of overtime; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Rogers' completed probation on October 25, 1989 and will complete <br />2,080 hours on April 25, I990; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, Ms. Rogers' received a satisfactory performance evaluation from her <br />immediate supervisor, Finance Officer Sandra Ashley; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator David Hartley is in a~eement with the performance <br />appraisal; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Finance Officer Sandra Ashley recommends that Ms. Rogers' annual salary' <br />be increased to $19,767, which is consistent with the terms of the AFSCME contract for salary <br />grade 2, effective April 26, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee reviewed the performance appraisal at the <br />Personnel Committee meeting on April 11, 1990. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey conf'm'ns the recommendations of the Finance <br />Officer, Sandra Ashley and the City Administrator, David Hartley for Gayle Rogers, and <br />instructs Kay McAloney, personnel Coordinator, to prepare the necessary paperwork for <br />change in annual salary to $19,767 effective April 26, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of Apr/i, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
